Complete the application form, Bank account automatic debit request form, medical examination sheet and membership agreement form. Settle the initial membership fee and your portrait photo will be taken for issuing the membership card.

First support system. We offer one gym orientation session and two one-on-one training sessions with free of charge for a new member.

〈Withdrawal procedure〉
It is required to request the withdrawal of the membership in writing before the 10th of the month you wish to withdraw to the reception.
If you wish to withdraw in April, please request by the 10th of April.
※When the 10th is no operational day, please make it by 11th.
〈Suspension procedure〉
It is required to request the suspension in writing before the 10th of the previous month you wish to start suspension to the reception.
Maximum of three-month suspension is possible, but please be informed that the normal monthly membership fee debit is resumed after the period.
〈Change of membership classification〉
It is required to apply the change of the membership classification in writing before the 10th of the previous month you wish to change to the reception.
〈Cancellation of Locker subscription〉
It is required to notify the cancellation in writing before the 10th of the month you wish to cancel to the reception.
