We offer you so many various dance programs such as Hip-pop, Jazz, Hula, Ballet. And we also offer you Popular Aerobics, Yoga and Refreshing Martial Arts. All programs are led by specialist instructors.
Please try various challenges through “Lesson of the conclusion type” or “Set course consists of several lessons” depending on your purpose and preference!

    〈 Cautions on attending to programs 〉    
   
We ask you to lay a bath towel on your Yoga mat for exercising Hot Yoga. Please bring your bath towel. If you want to rent a bath towel, please buy a rental ticket at our reception.
We calculate the consumption caloric value using an indication of people who weigh between 50~70kg.
Programs may change according to various circumstances. We thank for you understandings.
