She travels to the U.S. every year to study, and also learns new knowledge in Japan, and create her own unique method by practicing and applying it herself.
She has participated in aerobics competitions (group runner-up), taught at a sports school, taught body make-up at a modeling school, became a Gold's Gym certified instructor, and a presenter of fitness sessions, etc. She has been active as an instructor at various venues and here she is.(She studied kickboxing for several years at kickboxing gyms in Japan and Los Angeles, and decided that if she was going to do standing skill, she should also learn Newaza, so she spent several years at Sambo Dojo in Japan and about 3 months in Los Angeles at the Legends Gym of Randy Couture, a famous UFC fighter, where she learned training of kick and MMA. )
She has starred in a TBS TV show, appeared in a Coca-Cola commercial, been featured as an Evian campaign girl in an interview in Number magazine, modeled for a sportswear show, modeled in a training book, and wrote a series of original methods for the magazine BIDAN as part of a model improvement project. She has also been involved in the media.
In 2010, she began competing as a bikini competitor in fitness bikini modeling competitions held throughout the U.S. In 2011, she placed second in the Las Vegas competition and won the Los Angeles competition.
